We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and that’s why our membership options are catered exactly to meet your needs. For example, say you would like access to some group training, personal training and a monthly massage… we will create a membership for you. Or maybe you’d like the use of our Recovery Lounge with the option of dropping in on a group class or two… we also have a membership for that.

ONLINE COACHING TIERS

TIER 1

PERSONALIZED WORKOUT PLAN

(per 8-week plan)

This plan is for athletes of all levels who want to follow a plan for 8- weeks that is specifically designed around their goals for a certain event. Your custom designed program will take into account your current level of fitness, training/work schedule, and all findings from your athlete evaluation. This tier is perfect for new athletes just getting started with a strength & conditioning routine, as well as experienced athletes that want some guidance for an upcoming season or event without committing to a long term program.

THE DETAILS

  • Must have performed our 1-hour fitness/athlete evaluation to be eligible
  • A customized 8 week strength & conditioning program includes:
    • Week to week exercise progressions
    • Exercise parameters to abide by (reps, sets, weight, equipment, etc)
    • Access to our online training journal to record sleep, soreness, nutrition, bodyweight, and hydration
    • Online exercise tracking sheet (record reps, sets, weights) that helps monitor progress over time
    • Access to our online videos which will demonstrate the exercises and ensure proper execution of designed plan
  • A initiation call and midpoint Q & A session with your coach (~20-30 minutes each)

TIER 2

ELITE COACHING PROGRAM

The Elite Coaching Program is our most popular month-to-month package that allows for long term athletic development and growth, as well as weekly flexibility in the training plan. Let’s face it, the whirlwind we call “life” often gets in the way of your success! New habits in the gym aren’t easy to form. That is why our elite coaching program was created.

This program allows athletes to be administered their strength & conditioning workouts weekly via a customized app directly to their phones. This allows for regular communication and feedback on training as well as online tracking of your progress. This plan works well with competitive athletes looking to thrive in their sport for the long term. Each athlete will be asked to build a strong foundation of strength, fitness, and flexibility in the gym allowing for increased success in sport. This membership is also great for busy athletes who need more flexibility than a preset plan, as well as those who want more detailed and personalized coaching weekly.

THE DETAILS

  • Must have performed our 1-hour fitness/athlete evaluation to be eligible
  • We ask for a 3-month commitment (building out the program takes time as do the results)
  • A customized month-to-month strength & conditioning program includes:
    • Weekly exercise progressions and adjustments to program as needed
    • Exercise parameters to abide by (reps, sets, weight, equipment, etc)
    • Access to our online training journal to record sleep, soreness, nutrition, bodyweight, and hydration
    • Online exercise tracking sheet (record reps, sets, weights) that helps monitor progress over time
    • Access to our online video library demonstrations of the exercises
  • Program updates as needed and weekly feedback from your coach
  • Monthly calls to discuss your progress (~20-30 mins)

TIER 3

PRO COACHING PROGRAM

This package levels up from the Elite Program by providing athletes with daily access to their coach via text/phone call. To start, athletes must take part in our 2-hour athlete evaluation consisting of being assessed by a Catalyst PT/ATC and a strength & conditioning coach.

This hands on training approach allows your coach to closely monitor your progress and make daily changes to your program as needed. Athletes looking for best in class performance coaching as they pursue their goals will be well equipped by the Pro Program.

THE DETAILS (All of Tier 2 +)

  • Must have performed our 2-hour fitness/athlete evaluation to be eligible
  • We ask for at least a 6-month commitment (building out the program takes time as do the results)
  • A customized 6-month strength & conditioning program includes:
    • Weekly exercise progressions and adjustments to program as needed
    • Exercise parameters to abide by (reps, sets, weight, equipment, etc)
    • Access to our online training journal to record sleep, soreness, nutrition, bodyweight, and hydration
    • Online exercise tracking sheet (record reps, sets, weights) that helps monitor progress over time
    • Access to our online video library demonstrations of the exercises 
  • Daily access to your coach via text/call to discuss you progress
  • Weekly adjustments to your training program as warranted (work, family, illness/injury, etc.)
