  • WHAT IS A FITNESS EVALUATION?

  • Our Fitness Evaluation consists of a head-to-toe posture analysis paired with a movement screen to identify limitations in strength, flexibility & coordination.

  • Upon completion of a fitness evaluation your trainer will construct a personalized strength and conditioning program tailored to your specific goals. 

  • Our program lengths vary based upon the clients needs but are tailored to see results in the shortest amount of time.
